Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest doradztwo kompleksowe (prawne, ekonomiczno-finansowe oraz techniczne) i opracowanie programu funkcjonalno-użytkowego dla projektu pn. „Budowa Sopockiego Centrum Kuracyjno - Rehabilitacyjnego”. 2. Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ) zawarty jest w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ) Z Wykonawcą, którego oferta zostanie uznana za najkorzystniejszą, zostanie zawarta umowa na warunkach, określonych w PPU. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość wprowadzenia zmian do zawartej umowy, na podstawie art. 455 ustawy, w sposób i na warunkach szczegółowo opisanych w PPU. 3. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość odbycia przez Wykonawców wizji lokalnej. Zamiar odbycia wizji lokalnej należy zgłosić za pośrednictwem Platformy zakupowej pod adresem: https://zamowienia.mfipr.gov.pl/, a jej termin zostanie wyznaczony przez Zamawiającego. Zamiar odbycia wizji lokalnej należy zgłosić najpóźniej na 7 dni roboczych przed terminem składania ofert. Podczas wizji lokalnej nie będą udzielane wyjaśnienia dotyczące treści SWZ. 4. Zamawiający nie wymaga wniesienia wadium. 5. Zamawiający zastrzega, że może najpierw dokonać badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokonać kwalifikacji podmiotowej Wykonawcy. 6. Zamawiający nie wymaga wniesienia zabezpieczenia należytego wykonania umowy. 7. Nieograniczony, pełny i bezpośredni dostęp do dokumentów zamówienia można uzyskać bezpłatnie pod adresem: https://zamowienia.mfipr.gov.pl, zakładka „Lista postępowań PZP”, zakładka „Aktualne”, numer postępowania BDG-V.2611.51.2026.MP. 8. Pełny opis procedury, w tym opis i forma dokumentów składanych w postępowaniu znajduje się w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia.
