Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług zimowego utrzymania dróg dla pieszych i rowerów dojść do przejść dla pieszych, peronów przystankowych oraz azylów na jezdni położonych wzdłuż dróg wojewódzkich tj. odśnieżanie i zwalczanie śliskości zimowej w sezonach 2026/2027, 2027/2028, 2028/2029. Przez pojęcie drogi dla pieszych i rowerów należy rozumieć również przejścia dla pieszych wraz z dojściami, przejazdy dla rowerów, wysepek dzielących i azyli dla pieszych oraz dojść do przystanków komunikacji publicznej.
