Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Udzielenie kredytu długoterminowego na finansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu Gminy Tuczno oraz spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań w kwocie 3 132 669,00 zł (słownie: trzy miliony sto trzydzieści dwa tysiące sześćset sześćdziesiąt dziewięć zł 00/100), uruchomionego jednorazowo na rachunek bieżący gminy w terminie od dnia podpisania umowy do dnia 31-10-2025r.. 2. Całkowity okres realizacji zamówienia: od dnia podpisania umowy - do dnia 31-12-2040 r. Spłata kapitału nastąpi w 60 ratach kwartalnych, płatnych w ostatnim dniu miesiąca kończącego kwartał począwszy od 01.01.2026r. W przypadku, gdy termin spłaty przypadnie na sobotę albo dzień uznany ustawowo za wolny od pracy - w ostatnim dniu roboczym tego miesiąca. Spłata odsetek nastąpi w kwartalnych okresach obrachunkowych w terminie na ostatni roboczy dzień każdego kwartału, poczynając od momentu uruchomienia kredytu z uwzględnieniem pkt 4 i pkt 7 Rozdziału V SWZ. Warunki Zamawiającego dotyczące zaciągnięcia kredytu.
