Przedmiotem zamówienia jest ubezpieczenie fazy budowy oraz fazy operacyjnej bloku kogeneracyjnego przy ul. Żelaznej 7 w Radomiu w następującym zakresie. 1.1. fazę inwestycyjną na którą składają się następujące ubezpieczenia: (a) SEKCJA I - ubezpieczenie wszystkich ryzyk budowy i montażu (CAR/EAR); (b) SEKCJA II - ubezpieczenie odpowiedzialności cywilnej (OC) (c) SEKCJA III - ubezpieczenie utraty zysku Inwestora w wyniku opóźnienia w zakończeniu Inwestycji (ALOP/DSU). 1.2. fazę eksploatacyjną na którą składają się następujące ubezpieczenia: (a) SEKCJA IV - ubezpieczenie mienia od wszystkich ryzyk / ubezpieczenie maszyn od awarii (AR/MB); (b) SEKCJA V - ubezpieczenie utraty zysku wskutek wszystkich ryzyk / ubezpieczenie utraty zysku wskutek awarii maszyn (BI/MLOP). 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest ubezpieczenie fazy budowy oraz fazy operacyjnej bloku kogeneracyjnego przy ul.
