1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowe ubezpieczenie mienia i odpowiedzialności cywilnej oraz następstw nieszczęśliwych wypadków Gminy Miejskiej Iława wraz z podległymi jednostkami organizacyjnymi oraz spółką Iławskie Wodociągi Sp. z o.o. z podziałem na cztery części: CZĘŚĆ I zamówienia: ubezpieczenie mienia i odpowiedzialności cywilnej, CZĘŚĆ II zamówienia: ubezpieczenia komunikacyjne, CZĘŚĆ III zamówienia: ubezpieczenie następstw nieszczęśliwych wypadków, CZĘŚĆ IV zamówienia: ubezpieczenie jednostek pływających. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 6, 6A, 6B, 6C oraz 6D do SWZ. 3. Nazwa i kody opisujące przedmiot zamówienia według Wspólnego Słownika Zamówień (CPV): 66510000-8 - Usługi ubezpieczenia. A. ubezpieczenie mienia od wszystkich ryzyk; B. ubezpieczenie sprzętu elektronicznego od wszystkich ryzyk; C. ubezpieczenie odpowiedzialności cywilnej Gminy Miejskiej Iława wraz z jednostkami, D.
