Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi ubezpieczenia w zakresie: 1) obowiązkowego OC posiadaczy pojazdów mechanicznych za szkody powstałe w związku z ruchem posiadanych pojazdów zgodnie z ustawą z 22 maja 2003 r. o ubezpieczeniach obowiązkowych, Ubezpieczeniowym Funduszu Gwarancyjnym i Polskim Biurze Ubezpieczycieli Komunikacyjnych (t.j.: Dz.U. z 2026, poz. 783), wskazanych w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. 2) dobrowolnego ubezpieczenia auto casco dla pojazdów, wskazanych w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. 3) dobrowolnego ubezpieczenia następstw nieszczęśliwych wypadków kierowcy i pasażerów pojazdów, wskazanych w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
