Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja przez jednostkę szkolącą szkoleń w dziedzinie fizjoterapii zgodnie z obowiązującym Programem szkolenia specjalizacyjnego w dziedzinie fizjoterapii opublikowanym pod linkiem https://www.gov.pl/web/zdrowie/szkolenie-specjalizacyjne2, rozporządzeniem Ministra Zdrowia z dnia 16 lutego 2017 r. w sprawie specjalizacji i uzyskiwania tytułu specjalisty przez fizjoterapeutów (Dz.U. z 2023 r. poz. 1647), oraz ustawą z dnia 25 września 2015 r. o zawodzie fizjoterapeuty (Dz.U. z 2023 r. poz. 1213), w ramach projektu nr FERS.01.13-IP.07-0002/24 pn. „Szkolenie specjalizacyjne dla osób wykonujących zawód fizjoterapeuty i farmaceuty” w ramach Działania FERS.01.13 Umiejętności w sektorze zdrowia programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Rozwoju Społecznego 2021-2027, współfinansowanego ze środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego Plus, zwanego dalej ,,Projektem’’. Każdy Wykonawca może złożyć tylko 1 (jedną) ofertę w ramach jednej dowolnie wybranej części zamówienia spośród określonych. Złożenie więcej niż 1 (jednej) oferty w ramach jednej części zamówienia będzie skutkowało ich odrzuceniem. Złożenie oferty na więcej, niż 1 (jedną) część zamówienia będzie skutkowało ich odrzuceniem. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) stanowi załącznik do SWZ.
