1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa dostępu do serwisu informacyjnego LSEG Workspace. 2. Usługa świadczona w ramach zamówienia polegać ma na przekazaniu prawa do użytkowania informacji i danych, a także oprogramowania, funkcjonalnie tworzących serwis informacyjny LSEG Workspace. W skład serwisów informacyjnych wchodzić będą w szczególności następujące produkty, wskazywane każdorazowo w załącznikach do umowy (formularzu zamówień): 2.1 LSEG Workspace - aplikacja stanowiąca kluczową część serwisów umożliwiająca dostęp do aktualnych kwotowań instrumentów finansowych, historycznych baz danych, modeli i funkcji służących m.in. do wyceny instrumentów finansowych (pięć dostępów); 2.2 LSEG Workspace For Investment Bankers - uproszczona aplikacja umożliwiająca internetowy dostęp do części kwotowań i informacji z rynku finansowego dostępnych na platformie LSEG Workspace (dwa dostępy); 2.3 korzystanie z licencji na oprogramowania towarzyszące; 2.4 usługę wsparcia dla Zamawiającego obejmującą opiekę techniczną oraz inne usługi pomocnicze dostarczane przez Wykonawcę lub osobę przez niego wskazaną.
