Description

2.1 Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostarczenie usługi w zakresie: 2.1.1 obsługi i dzierżawy terminali płatniczych oraz usługa w zakresie obsługi i rozliczenia transakcji opłacanych instrumentami płatniczymi z wykorzystaniem terminali, 2.1.2 obsługa płatności bezgotówkowych przy użyciu kart płatniczych, ich autoryzacji oraz usługa w zakresie przetwarzania i rozliczania transakcji w ramach systemu e Urząd Skarbowy. 2.2 Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z warunkami świadczenia usługi określony został w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy (PPU) i załącznikach do PPU. 2.3 Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość skorzystania z prawa opcji (dalej „Opcja”), określonego w § 1 ust. 5 PPU. Zamawiający może skorzystać z Opcji w całości lub w części. W przypadku nieskorzystania z Opcji Zamawiający nie ponosi względem Wykonawcy odpowiedzialności w związku z niewykonaniem Opcji. Realizacja Opcji zostanie uruchomiona przez Zamawiającego, o ile będzie posiadał uzasadnioną potrzebę realizacji czynności wchodzących w zakres Opcji. W przypadku nieskorzystania przez Zamawiającego z Opcji Wykonawcy nie przysługują żadne roszczenia z tego tytułu. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do świadczenia umowy w zakresie Opcji na warunkach wynikających z PPU.
