Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi porządkowe w jednostkach Urzędu Dozoru Technicznego - zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w niniejszej Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w załącznikach do SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (zwany dalej OPZ) oraz Projektowane Postanowienia Umowy (wzór umowy). Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi porządkowe w jednostkach Urzędu Dozoru Technicznego - zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w niniejszej Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w załącznikach do SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (zwany dalej OPZ) oraz Projektowane Postanowienia Umowy (wzór umowy) - odpowiednio dla części. Zamawiający, zgodnie z art. 95 ust. 1 i ust. 2 pkt 1 ustawy PZP, wymaga, aby każda osoba wykonująca czynności opisane w OPZ w kolumnie „Czynność” (w wierszach 1-16 dla części 1 i 3 oraz w wierszach 1-17 dla części 2), o ile ich charakter wyczerpuje znamiona stosunku pracy określonego w art. 22 § 1 ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. - Kodeks pracy (Dz.U. 2025 poz. 277 z późn. zm.), były zatrudnione przez Wykonawcę na podstawie umowy o pracę przez cały okres realizacji zamówienia, w którym te czynności są wykonywane.
