Świadczenie usług polegających na kompleksowym sprzątaniu obiektów Starostwa Powiatowego, z podziałem na 9 następujących części: 1) Część nr 1 - budynek Starostwa Powiatowego w Poznaniu, ul. Jackowskiego 18, wraz z terenem przyległym; 2) Część nr 2 - budynek filii Wydziału Komunikacji i Transportu zlokalizowany w Czerwonaku; 3) Część nr 3 - budynek filii Wydziału Komunikacji i Transportu zlokalizowany w Biskupicach; 4) Część nr 4 - budynek filii Wydziału Komunikacji i Transportu zlokalizowany w Stęszewie; 5) Część nr 5 - budynek filii Wydziału Komunikacji i Transportu zlokalizowany w Swarzędzu; 6) Część nr 6 - budynek filii Wydziału Komunikacji i Transportu zlokalizowany w Kórniku; 7) Część nr 7 - budynek przy ul. Zielonej 8 w Poznaniu - Referat ds. działalności gospodarczej Wydziału Komunikacji i Transportu; 8) Część nr 8 - budynek przy ul. Zamawiający wymaga, aby: 1) przedmiot zamówienia wykonywały wyłącznie osoby niekarane, w zakresie każdej z części, 2) przedmiot zamówienia realizowany był zgodnie z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia, oraz by do realizacji zamówienia wykorzystane zostały narzędzia i urządzenia techniczne, o których mowa w załącznikach do projektowanych postanowień umowy, w zakresie każdej z części, 3) wybrany Wykonawca przedłożył Zamawiającemu wykaz osób skierowanych do realizacji zamówienia wraz z oświadczeniami o ich niekaralności najpóźniej do dnia rozpoczęcia realizacji zamówienia, w zakresie każdej z części, 4) w zakresie części nr 1 i części nr 9 - wybrany Wykonawca, najpóźniej 7 dni po podpisaniu umowy przedłożył: Wykaz środków czystości i higienicznych przewidzianych do realizacji zamówienia wraz z ich kartami charakterystyki, 4. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty został w załącznikach do SWZ. Część nr 1. Budynek Starostwa Powiatowego w Poznaniu, ul. Jackowskiego 18, wraz z terenem przyległym.; Część nr 2.
