Opis przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z Projektowanymi postanowienia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego, które zostaną wprowadzone do umowy o zamówienie publiczne stanowią załącznik nr 1 oraz 2 do Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia.
