1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług zarządzanych (Managed Services) wraz z rozwojem Elektronicznego Systemu Wniosków. Zamówienie obejmuje utrzymanie aplikacji, usługi hostingu, zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa, migrację danych, disaster recovery (DR), business continuity (BC) oraz monitoring zgodnie z warunkami opisanymi w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia, poprzez wykonanie w szczególności usług: 1) utrzymania Systemu; 2) rozwoju Systemu; 3) asysty technicznej. 2. Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące opisu, zakresu i warunków realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określa „Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ)” stanowiący załącznik nr 2 do SWZ oraz „Projektowane postanowienia umowy, które zostaną wprowadzone do treści zawieranej umowy (PPU)” stanowiące załącznik nr 3 do SWZ.
