1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaplanowanie, przygotowanie i realizacja kampanii informacyjno-promocyjnej upowszechniającej produkty e-zdrowia powstałe lub rozwijane w ramach projektu e-Zdrowie KPO, dofinansowanego w ramach Krajowego Planu Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności (KPO). 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
