Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług pocztowych w obrocie krajowym i zagranicznym dla Jednostek wskazanych w Załączniku nr 8 do SWZ, w zakresie przyjmowania, przemieszczania i doręczania przesyłek pocztowych oraz zwrotu przesyłek niedoręczonych, w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 23 listopada 2012 r. Prawo pocztowe (tj. Dz. U. z 2025 r., poz. 366 z późn. zm.) zwanej dalej „Prawo pocztowe”, również z wykorzystaniem narzędzi informatycznych. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty został w Załączniku nr 5 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz Załączniku nr 6 do SWZ - Wzór umowy. 3. Szczegółowy wykaz przesyłek oraz ich szacowane ilości znajdują się w Formularzu cenowym - Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Podane ilości poszczególnych rodzajów przesyłek mają charakter szacunkowy. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany ilości wskazanych rodzajów przesyłek w zależności od potrzeb Jednostek. 4. Zamawiający, działając na podstawie art. 95 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp, wymaga zatrudnienia przez Wykonawcę lub Podwykonawcę na podstawie stosunku pracy wszystkich osób wykonujących następujące czynności w zakresie realizacji zamówienia: sortowanie przesyłek pocztowych będących przedmiotem zamówienia, na zasadach określonych w Załączniku nr 6 do SWZ - Wzór Umowy, jeżeli wykonanie tych czynności polega na wykonywaniu pracy w sposób określony w art. 22 § 1 ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. - Kodeks pracy. 5. Zamawiający, działając na podstawie art. 96 ust. 2 pkt 2 ustawy Pzp, wymaga zatrudnienia przez Wykonawcę lub Podwykonawcę do realizacji umowy min. 10 osób pozbawionych wolności lub zwolnionych z zakładów karnych, na zasadach określonych w Załączniku nr 6 do SWZ - Wzór Umowy. 6. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych.
