Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie, dostawa, wdrożenie, konfiguracja, integracja, przetestowanie oraz uruchomienie produkcyjne w infrastrukturze on-premise Zamawiającego automatycznego systemu klasy RPA (Robotic Process Automation) oraz lokalnej Aplikacji AI RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 2 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamowienia oraz Załącznik nr 1 OWU, w których Zamawiający określił wymagania jakościowe odnoszące się do głównych elementów składających się na przedmiot zamówienia.
