1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych powstających na terenie Gminy Bądkowo w okresie od 1 stycznia 2027 r. do 31 grudnia 2027r. 2. Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności: 1) Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych, położonych na terenie Gminy Bądkowo, w zabudowie jednorodzinnej i wielorodzinnej, w tym: a) odpadów zmieszanych (niesegregowanych), gromadzonych w pojemnikach i workach, w tym pozostałości po segregacji odpadów, odbieranych bezpośrednio z miejsc ich powstawania; b) odpadów zbieranych selektywnie, z podziałem na: papier,o szkło,metale i tworzywa sztuczne, o odpady ulegające biodegradacji, w tym odpady kuchenne pochodzące z gospodarstw domowych oraz odpady zielone, o popiół; odpady te będą gromadzone w odpowiednio przeznaczonych do tego pojemnikach i workach oraz odbierane bezpośrednio z miejsc ich powstawania; c) odpadów zbieranych selektywnie w ramach zbiórek objazdowych, obejmujących: meble i inne odpady wielkogabarytowe, zużyty sprzęt elektryczny i elektroniczny, odbieranych bezpośrednio od właścicieli nieruchomości dwa razy w roku, metodą objazdową; d) zużytych tekstyliów i odzieży, odbieranych: bezpośrednio od mieszkańców raz na trzy miesiące, z punktu wskazanego przez Zamawiającego, w ramach zbiórki kontenerowej raz na trzy miesiące. 2) Dostawę worków przeznaczonych do selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych bezpośrednio do nieruchomości zamieszkałych, na zasadach i w ilościach określonych w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (SWZ). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych powstających na terenie Gminy Bądkowo w okresie od 1 stycznia 2027 r. do 31 grudnia 2027r. 2. Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych, położonych na terenie Gminy Bądkowo, w zabudowie jednorodzinnej i wielorodzinnej. 3. Postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego, na podstawie art. 132 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. - Prawo zamówień publicznych
