1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Odbieranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Miasto Skierniewice pochodzących z nieruchomości zamieszkałych oraz utworzenie i prowadzenie Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych”. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje kompleksową usługę odbioru i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych powstających na terenie nieruchomości Gminy Miasta Skierniewice, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy oraz utworzenie i obsługę Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych, w sposób zapewniający osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów recyklingu, przygotowania do ponownego użycia i odzysku innymi metodami oraz ograniczenie masy odpadów komunalnych ulegających biodegradacji przekazywanych do składowania, zgodnie z zapisami: - ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (tj. Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 733), - ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2012 r. o odpadach (Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 1587 ze zm.), - rozporządzenia Ministra Środowiska z dnia 29 grudnia 2016 r. w sprawie sposobu selektywnego zbierania wybranych frakcji odpadów (Dz. U. z 2021 r. poz. 906), - rozporządzenia Ministra Środowiska z dnia 15 grudnia 2017 r. w sprawie poziomów ograniczenia składowania masy odpadów komunalnych ulegających biodegradacji (Dz. U. z 2017 r. poz. 2412 ). - uchwały Sejmiku Województwa Łódzkiego nr XVII/204/2025 z dnia 26 sierpnia 2025 r. w sprawie uchwalenia Planu gospodarki odpadami dla województwa łódzkiego na lata 2025-2030 z uwzględnieniem lat 2031-2036. Przedmiotem zamówienie nie jest objęte odbieranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenu miasta Skierniewice z nieruchomości niezamieszkałych. Zamówienie obejmuje zapewnienie przez Wykonawcę dostarczenia urządzeń do gromadzenia odpadów tj. pojemników w miejsca wskazane przez Zamawiającego. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
