Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa konserwacji, przeglądu i napraw technicznych środków zabezpieczenia przeciwpożarowego dla wskazanych budynków na terenie AGH w Krakowie zgodnie z wymaganiami opisanymi w pkt 4.1 SWZ Przedmiotem zamówienia jest : 1. wykonywanie przeglądów, konserwacji technicznych środków zabezpieczenia pożarowego zwanych dalej instalacjami dla 39 budynków na terenie AGH w Krakowie wymienionych w Załączniku nr 2A „WYKAZ ŚRODKÓW ZABEZPIECZENIA PRZECIWPOŻAROWEGO W BUDYNKACH AGH”, przez okres 24 miesięcy od dnia zawarcia umowy. 2. wykonywanie usług przeglądu, konserwacji technicznych środków zabezpieczenia pożarowego w budynku C-7 od listopada 2027 - Załącznik 2A „Wykaz środków zabezpieczenia przeciwpożarowego w budynkach AGH” poz. 18 3. utrzymanie całodobowego technicznego pogotowia dyżurnego do wykonywania usług zapewniających natychmiastową pomoc w przypadku awarii, fałszywych alarmów lub uszkodzeń instalacji przeciwpożarowych dla wskazanych budynków 4. wykonywanie drobnych napraw systemów i instalacji w budynkach AGH (zgodnie z wykazem zał. 2A) których potrzeba wykonania pojawiła się w trakcie eksploatacji. 5. usuwanie awarii w systemach technicznych środków zabezpieczenia pożarowego w budynkach objętych zamówieniem Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje przeglądy, konserwacje i naprawy na nw. zagadnieniach: A. Przegląd i konserwacja central SSP, oddymiania, DSO B. Przegląd i konserwacja instalacji SSP C. Przegląd i konserwacja instalacji oddymiania D. Przegląd i konserwacja instalacji dźwiękowego systemu ostrzegawczego DSO E. Przegląd i konserwacja instalacji stałych urządzeń gaśniczych (SUG) oraz SUG aerozolowych F.
