1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa Inżyniera Kontraktu dla inwestycji rozbudowy i przebudowy budynku wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu przy ul. Żołnierskiej 55 w Szczecinie. 2. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa Inżyniera Kontraktu dla realizacji inwestycji pn. „Rozbudowa i przebudowa budynku ze zmianą sposobu użytkowania na potrzeby Regionalnego Centrum Usług Społecznych wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu i rozbiórką obiektów nie przewidzianych do dalszego użytkowania przy ul. Żołnierskiej 55 w Szczecinie”, prowadzonej na nieruchomości położonej przy ul. Żołnierskiej 55 w Szczecinie, obejmującej działkę nr 6/2, obręb Pogodno 59 w Szczecinie, stanowiącej własność Województwa Zachodniopomorskiego. 3. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowiący Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz Wzór Umowy stanowiący Załącznik nr 10 do SWZ.
