Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 530 - „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz gospodarki łowieckiej, gospodarki łąkoworolnej , do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Nowe Ramuki w roku 2027 . Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje sumaryczne ilości prac z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz gospodarki łowieckiej, gospodarki łąkowo-rolnej wynikające z Załącznika nr 2 do SWZ. Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 202 5 r. poz. 567) - „Ustawa o lasach”, obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Nowe Ramuki w roku 2027. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość udzielenia zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7) PZP , w okresie 3 lat od dnia udzielenia zamówienia podstawowego. Zakres rzeczowy usług stanowiących przedmiot zamówień, o których mowa w zdaniu poprzednim nie przekroczy 50% wartości niniejszego zamówienia.; Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 567) - „Ustawa o lasach”, obejmujące prace z zakresu, łowiectwa, gospodarki łąkowo-rolnej do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Nowe Ramuki w roku 2027. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość udzielenia zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7) PZP , w okresie 3 lat od dnia udzielenia zamówienia podstawowego. Zakres rzeczowy usług stanowiących przedmiot zamówień, o których mowa w zdaniu poprzednim nie przekroczy 50% wartości niniejszego zamówienia.
