Description

Przyczyną modyfikacji umowy jest wzrost cen paliw. Zamawiający na wnioski Wykonawców wypłaci rekompensaty za wzrost cen paliw płynnych w odniesieniu do tych cen jednostkowych czynności wchodzących w skład Przedmiotu Umowy, w których paliwo stanowi istotną część kosztu ich realizacji. Po modyfikacji przedmiot zamówienia nie ulegnie zmianie. Na zasadach określonych w Aneksie nr 1 z dnia 01.07.2026 r., do umowy nr Z2/2025 z dnia 22.12.2025 r., Zamawiający w stosunku do określonych w ust. 2 cen jednostkowych czynności wskazanych w kosztorysie ofertowym stanowiącym część oferty, będzie płacił Wykonawcy rekompensaty wzrostu cen paliw płynnych w stosunku do czynności wchodzących w skład Przedmiotu Umowy. Rekompensaty będą płatne w odniesieniu do następujących czynności wchodzących w skład Przedmiotu Umowy ("Czynności Rekompensowane"): 1. Grupa "A" obejmująca następującą czynność: (CWD-D) całkowity wyrób drewna technologią dowolną, 2. Grupa "B" obejmująca następującą czynność: (CWD-P) całkowity wyrób drewna pilarką, 3. Grupa "F" obejmująca następujące czynności: (ROZDR-PP) rozdrabnianie pozostałości drzewnych na całej powierzchni bez mieszania z glebą, (ROZDR-PDR) rozdrabnianie pozostałości drzewnych na całej powierzchni bez mieszania z glebą na powierzchniach z wyrobioną drobnicą, 4. Grupa "G" obejmująca następujące czynności: (WYK-PASCZ) wyorywanie bruzd pługiem leśnym na powierzchni pow. 0,50ha, (WYK-PA5CZ) wyorywanie bruzd pługiem leśnym na pow. do 0,50 ha (np. gniazda), (WYK-PASCP) wyorywanie bruzd pługiem leśnym pod okapem, (WYK-POGCZ) wyorywanie bruzd pługiem leśnym z pogłębiaczem na powierzchni pow. 0,50 ha, (WYK-P5GCP) wyorywanie bruzd pługiem leśnym z pogłębiaczem na pow. do 0,5ha (np. gniazda), Grupa "J" obejmująca następujące czynności: (KOSZ UA) wykaszanie chwastów w uprawach i usuwanie zbędnych nalotów - stopień trudności I i II, (KOSZ UB) wykaszanie chwastów w uprawach i usuwanie zbędnych nalotów - stopień trudności III i IV, (KOSZ UC) wykaszanie chwastów w uprawach i usuwanie zbędnych nalotów - stopień trudności V i VI, (CW-W) czyszczenia wczesne, (CP-W) czyszczenia późne.
