Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 530 - „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz utrzymania infrastruktury leśnej i łowiectwa, do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Elbląg w roku 2025. Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje sumaryczne ilości prac z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz utrzymania infrastruktury leśnej i łowiectwa wynikające z Załącznika nr 2 do SWZ. Obejmują prace z zakresu hodowli, nasiennictwa, ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej,pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz utrzymania infrastruktury leśnej do wykonania na terenie leśnictwa Jagodno, Dąbrowa; Obejmują prace z zakresu hodowli, nasiennictwa, ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, gospodarki łąkowo - rolnej,pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz utrzymania infrastruktury leśnej do wykonania na terenie leśnictwa Dębica i Zalesie.; Obejmują prace z zakresu hodowli, selekcji i nasiennictwa, ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, ochrony przyrody,gospodarki łąkowo - rolnej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz utrzymania infrastruktury leśnej do wykonania na terenie leśnictwa Nowy Wiek, Kadyny, Górki, Pogrodzie; Obejmują prace z zakresu hodowli, ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, ochrony przyrody, gospodarki łąkowo- rolnej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz utrzymania infrastruktury leśnej i łowiectwa do wykonania na terenie leśnictwa: Żuławy, Krynica Morska, Kąty Rybackie i Jantar;
