Zmiana wynagrodzenia nie spowoduje zmiany charakteru umowy i nie przekracza wartości, o której mowa w przepisie art. 455 ust. 1 ustawy PZP. Nastąpiła zmiana wartości umowy: przed modyfikacją wartość przetargu wynosiła 3 855 570,24 zł brutto; po modyfikacji 3 880 466,17 zł brutto Nastąpiła zmiana wartości umowy: przed modyfikacją wartość przetargu wynosiła 3 893 915,62 zł brutto; po modyfikacji 3 918 439,02 zł brutto Nastąpiła zmiana wartości umowy: przed modyfikacją wartość przetargu wynosiła 1 482 451,74 zł brutto; po modyfikacji ............. zł brutto
