Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Dębno w roku 2026 wynikające z Załącznika nr 2 do zaproszenia do negocjacji. Z uwagi na konieczność realizacji umów na sprzedaż drewna wszczęcie postępowania na umowy uzupełniające jest niezbędne. Przedłużające się procedury wyboru Wykonawców do realizacji usług leśnych w ramach przetargu nieograniczonego we wszystkich 7 pakietach spowodowały zastój i narażają Nadleśnictwo na kary umowne za niedostarczenie surowca drzewnego. Zamówienie będzie realizowane w 4 częściach. Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2021 r. poz. 1275 z późn. zm. - „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące wykonanie usług z zakresu pozyskania i zrywki drewna w leśnictwach.
