Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi polegające wykonaniu dokumentacji projektowej wraz z uzyskaniem niezbędnych prawomocnych decyzji administracyjnych pozwalających na realizację inwestycji oraz nadzór autorski w ramach Kompleksowego Projektu Adaptacji Lasów I Leśnictwa Do Zmian Klimatu - Mała Retencja Oraz Przeciwdziałanie Erozji Wodnej Na Terenach Nizinnych- Kontynuacja (MRN3) na terenie Nadleśnictwa Bielsk. Nazwa zadania: "Rozbudowa i odbudowa zbiorników wodnych oraz polepszenie warunków wilgotnościowych na terenie Nadleśnictwa Bielsk w Bielsku Podlaskim" Opis prac (czynności) oraz zakres rzeczowy i lokalizacja przedmiotu zamówienia wynika z Załącznika nr 2. Nazwa zadania: "Rozbudowa i odbudowa zbiorników wodnych oraz polepszenie warunków wilgotnościowych na terenie Nadleśnictwa Bielsk" Opis prac (czynności) oraz zakres rzeczowy i lokalizacja przedmiotu zamówienia wynika z Załącznika nr 2. Zakres prac dotyczy rozbudowy i budowy zbiorników wodnych oraz budowy urządzeń piętrzących na rowach melioracyjnych, w postaci rozbudowy 9 zbiorników wodnych, modernizacji 1 mnicha, budowy 31 progów, 2 progów z brodem oraz budowy 7 przepustów z piętrzeniem . Wykonawca jest zobowiązany do wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia zgodnego z zapisami Podręcznika Wdrażania Projektu - Wytyczne do realizacji zadań i obiektów małej retencji i przeciwdziałania erozji wodnej (Część I Zakres rzeczowy) stanowiącego Załącznik nr 2A do SWZ.
