1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie kompleksowych usług z zakresu zapewnienia zasobów ludzkich z branży IT poprzez udostępnienie Zamawiającemu specjalistów (konsultantów), spełniających wymagania Zamawiającego. Wykonawca zapewni świadczenie usług z zakresu IT przez konsultantów na rzecz i pod nadzorem Zamawiającego. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zostały określone w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy ramowej (Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ), Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ) oraz Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy wykonawczej (Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ).
