The buyer is seeking a contractor to design, supply and implement a comprehensive system to launch and manage a minimum of 20 FAST channels. FAST stands for Free Ad-Supported Streaming Television. The contract includes necessary hardware infrastructure, software and licenses. The contractor must also provide maintenance services for the delivered system.
