Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Rozwój Mazowieckiej Platformy e-Zdrowie. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje rozwój systemu informatycznego „Mazowiecka Platforma e-Zdrowie” wraz z utrzymaniem ciągłości działania zmodyfikowanego systemu w ramach projektu pn. „E-zdrowie dla Mazowsza 3” finansowanego ze środków Unii Europejskiej w ramach programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Mazowsza 2021-2027 (FEM 2021-2027 / FEM) Priorytet I Fundusze Europejskie dla bardziej konkurencyjnego i inteligentnego Mazowsza, w zakresie Celu szczegółowego 1 (ii) EFRR.CP1.II Czerpanie korzyści z cyfryzacji dla obywateli, przedsiębiorstw, organizacji badawczych i instytucji publicznych, Działanie FEMA.01.02 E-usługi. W ramach realizacji zamówienia zostanie dostarczona lub wytworzona i dostarczona usługa e-CD umożliwiająca pacjentowi elektroniczny dostęp do wyników badań obrazowych bez konieczności osobistego stawienia się w podmiocie medycznym. Usługa e-CD składa się z funkcjonalności opartych na bezpiecznym, autoryzowanym przesyłaniu i przechowywaniu obrazów w formacie DICOM w repozytorium PACS, dostępnym za pośrednictwem portalu webowego oraz wewnętrznych systemów HIS/RIS. W ramach zamówienia dopuszczalna jest wymiana systemu PACS pod warunkiem zapewnienia stosownych integracji umożliwiających poprawne funkcjonowanie PACS kompatybilne z funkcjonalnościami MPeZ, w szczególności modułem Zleceń i Archiwum długoterminowym. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje utrzymanie Mazowieckiej Platformy e-Zdrowie, w tym serwis, nadzór autorski, gwarancję, administrowanie i monitorowanie. 3. Szczegółowy zakres został określony w OPZ- załącznik nr 2 do SWZ oraz w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy - załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. 4. Termin realizacji zamówienia: od dnia podpisania umowy do 30 września 2030 r., w tym do 30 września 2029 r. w części podstawowej (bez uwzględnienia prawa opcji nr 2).
