1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup usług wsparcia serwisowego SAP Standard Support dla licencji programu SAP ERP posiadanych przez PKP S.A. od daty zawarcia Umowy do dnia 31.12.2026 z zastrzeżeniem, że udostępnia Zamawiającemu wszystkich poprawek i ulepszeń Oprogramowania SAP wydanych przez SAP do dnia podpisania Umowy. W zakres wsparcia wchodzą m.in. następujące usługi: 1) aktualizacje oprogramowania, pakiety wsparcia serwisowego, narzędzia wsparcia administracyjnego, 2) globalne zaplecze serwisowe w postaci dostępu do systemu zgłoszeń, konsultacji oraz bazy wiedzy eksperckiej, 3) wsparcie operacji o krytycznym znaczeniu poprzez dostęp do analiz oraz wsparcie dla podejmowania problemów krytycznych zidentyfikowanych w systemie 24/7, 4) narzędzia diagnostyczne, dostęp do narzędzi monitorowania systemu oraz inne usługi na potrzeby optymalizacji działania. 2. Szczegółowy zakres został zawarty w projekcie umowy zawierającym Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia, który stanowi Załącznik nr 8 do SWZ.
