Description

1. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: załadunek na stacji przeładunkowej w m. Powodowo dz. 313, transport do instalacji i zagospodarowanie następujących odpadów: a) 20 03 01 Niesegregowane zmieszane odpady komunalne- szacunkowa ilość odpadów w okresie objętym przedmiotem zamówienia ok. - 8 000 Mg; b) 20 02 01 - Odpady ulegające biodegradacji- szacunkowa ilość odpadów w okresie objętym przedmiotem zamówienia ok. -1 500 Mg; 2. Zamawiający informuje, że średniodobowy wywóz zgromadzanych ze stacji przeładunkowej odpadów musi kształtować się na poziomie 35-60 Mg (średniodobowy wywóz określony został w skali odbioru odpadów z całego roku, tylko w dni robocze. Zamawiający nie ma podstaw do zwiększenia średniodobowego wywozu odpadów, co nie przeszkadza w odbiorach incydentalnych większych lub mniejszych w poszczególnych dniach). 3. Wykonawca zapewni, że zagospodarowanie wszystkich odpadów będzie się odbywać w sposób zapewniający osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów recyklingu i odzysku oraz ograniczenie masy odpadów zielonych przekazywanych do składowania, zgodnie z treścią ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (t. j. Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 733) przy czym zagospodarowanie odpadów o kodzie 20 03 01 (niesegregowane (zmieszane) odpady komunalne) odbywać się będzie przez instalacje komunalną, o której mowa w art. 38b ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2012 r. o odpadach (t.j. Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 1587 ze zm.) zwaną dalej „instalacją komunalną”. 4. Zagospodarowanie odpadów winno być potwierdzone kartami przekazania odpadów (rozumiane zgodnie z art. 71a ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia o odpadach (t.j. Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 1587 ze zm.).
