1.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Usługa ochrony fizycznej obiektu ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. Stacja Elektroenergetyczna GPZ Jasiniec 110/15 kV. 1.2. Nie dopuszcza się składania ofert wariantowych. 1.3. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych. Złożona oferta musi obejmować całość przedmiotu zamówienia. 1.4. Zamawiający żąda wskazania przez Wykonawcę części zamówienia, których wykonanie zamierza powierzyć Podwykonawcom i podania przez Wykonawcę firm Podwykonawców. 1.5. Wykonawca może złożyć tylko jedną ofertę. Alternatywy zawarte w treści oferty spowodują jej odrzucenie. Złożenie przez Wykonawcę więcej niż jednej oferty spowoduje odrzucenie wszystkich jego ofert. 1.6. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w Rozdziale II SWZ „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia”. 1.7. Zamawiający informuje, że na podstawie art. 60 oraz 121 ustawy Pzp, zastrzega obowiązek osobistego wykonania zamówienia przez Wykonawcę w zakresie SUFO i grupy interwencyjnej. Obiekt objęty postępowaniem podlega obowiązkowej ochronie. 1.8. Zamawiający zaleca przeprowadzenie wizji lokalnej w celu szczegółowego zapoznania się z miejscem realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia. Wniosek o przeprowadzenie wizji lokalnej należy przesłać na adres e-mail: ewa.gladykowska@operator.enea.pl
