1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa ochrony w budynkach jednostek organizacyjnych Enea Operator Sp. z o.o. OD Bydgoszcz na 12 miesięcy od dnia 01.10.2026 r - zad. 6 - BOK RD5 2. Zamawiający informuje, iż zgodnie z art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy PZP, w prowadzonym postępowaniu, Zamawiający najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej Wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona w danej części, w zakresie braku podstaw wykluczenia oraz spełnienia warunków udziału w postępowaniu. 3. Zamawiający zaleca przeprowadzenie wizji lokalnej w celu szczegółowego zapoznania się z miejscem realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia. Wniosek o przeprowadzenie wizji lokalnej należy przesłać na adres e-mail: ewa.gwiazda@operator.enea.pl oraz agnieszka.zamroczynska@operator.enea.pl Usługa ochrony w budynkach jednostek organizacyjnych Enea Operator Sp. z o.o.
