Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest przeprowadzenie kompleksowego Procesu Przedsiębiorczego Odkrywania w ramach B-Labów (BL) dla wybranych obszarów/ dziedzin technologicznych, w wyniku, którego zostaną: • określone wyzwania, potrzeby i potencjalne kierunki rozwoju innowacyjnego biznesu; • zidentyfikowane innowacyjne rozwiązania technologiczne (technologie/ grupy technologii); • stworzone zalążki/ koncepcje wspólnych projektów wśród uczestników BLów; • opracowane rekomendacje dotyczące kierunków wsparcia innowacji i inwestycji w danych obszarach/ dziedzinach, propozycje ewentualnych zmian lub uzupełnień krajowych inteligentnych specjalizacji (KIS), a także zalecenia dotyczące mechanizmów wzmacniania współpracy nauka- przemysł i rozwoju kadry B+R. Realizacja zamówienia ma przyczynić się do wskazania warunków niezbędnych do wszechstronnego rozwoju analizowanych dziedzin/ obszarów technologicznych oraz zwiększenia ich konkurencyjności na rynku krajowym i międzynarodowym. Powinna także dostarczyć instytucjom publicznym informacji do aktualizacji polityki innowacyjnej (w tym w szczególności w zakresie inteligentnych specjalizacji). 2. Przedmiot umowy obejmuje realizację 5 B-Labów w zakresie podstawowym oraz możliwość realizacji maksymalnie 2 dodatkowych B-Labów w ramach prawa opcji, na zasadach określonych w OPZ i Umowie. 3. Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia został określony w szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
