Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Usługa wykonania badania ewaluacyjnego pt. „Ocena spełnienia standardów dostępności w programie FE SL 2021-2027”. 1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Usługa wykonania badania ewaluacyjnego pt. „Ocena spełnienia standardów dostępności w programie FE SL 20212027”. 2) Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (w skrócie: OPZ) stanowi Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ / Załącznik nr 1 do projektowanych postanowień umowy. 3) Projektowane postanowienia umowy w sprawie niniejszego zamówienia publicznego, które zostaną wprowadzone do treści umowy znajdują się w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ. 4) Zamawiający wymaga, aby raport końcowy z badania został stworzony zgodnie z zasadami zawartymi w aktualnej wersji Wytycznych dotyczących realizacji zasad równościowych w ramach funduszy unijnych na lata 20212027 w szczególności Załącznika nr 2 Standardy dostępności dla polityki spójności 20212027 https://funduszeue.slaskie.pl/web/guest/w/wytycznedotzasadrownosciowych 5) Zamawiający przewiduje wymagania związane z zachowaniem poufnego charakteru informacji przekazanych Wykonawcy w toku realizacji zamówienia, które zostały uwzględnione w Załączniku nr 5 do Projektowanych postanowień umowy pn. Wzór Deklaracji poufności członka zespołu badawczego/innej osoby posiadającej dostęp do informacji poufnych. 6) Instrukcje dla Wykonawcy znajdują się na Platformie pod adresem: https://slaskie.ezamawiajacy.pl/servlet/HomeServlet?MP_module=main&MP_action=publicFilesList&clientName=slaskie&USER_MENU_HOVER=publicFilesList
