1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Usługa opracowania i wdrożenia modelu doradczo-edukacyjnego FlexiLAB w 25 placówkach edukacyjnych na terenie woj. podlaskiego”. 2. Usługa będzie realizowana w ramach Projektu Zbudowanie systemu koordynacji i monitorowania regionalnych działań na rzecz kształcenia zawodowego, szkolnictwa wyższego oraz uczenia się przez całe życie, w tym uczenia się dorosłych” finansowanego w ramach Krajowego Planu Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności (KPO), Komponent A „Odporność i konkurencyjność gospodarki”, inwestycja A3.1.1: „Wsparcie rozwoju nowoczesnego kształcenia zawodowego, szkolnictwa wyższego oraz uczenia się przez całe życie”, zwanego dalej Projektem. 3. Zamówienie nie zostało podzielone części, Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych. Charakter przedmiotu zamówienia nie pozwala na podzielenie zamówienia ze względów technicznych, organizacyjnych i ekonomicznych. Przedmiot zamówienia wymaga spójnej organizacji, koordynacji logistycznej i jednolitego standardu. Podział zamówienia doprowadziłby również do nadmiernych kosztów wykonania zamówienia. 4. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ.
