1. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje: 1.1. Etap 1: 1.1.1 pozyskanie danych lotniczych; 1.1.2. opracowanie aerotriangulacji, ortofotomapy prawdziwej RGB i CIR, ortofotomap ukośnych; 1.1.3. opracowanie chmury punktów; 1.1.4. opracowanie numerycznego modelu terenu; 1.1.5. opracowanie numerycznego modelu pokrycia terenu; 1.2. Etap 2: 1.2.1. opracowanie modelu siatkowego 3D miasta Lublin; 1.2.2. opracowanie modeli budynków w formacie CityGML 2.0; 1.3. Etap 3: 1.3.1. opracowanie analizy dendrologicznej, której efektem jest baza danych koron drzew i ich gatunków; 1.3.2. dostawa i instalacja oprogramowania do publikacji zamawianych danych oraz przygotowanie i publikacja danych archiwalnych będących w posiadaniu Zamawiającego na dostarczonym oprogramowaniu. Tak jak w pkt 2.1.
