Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności: 1. wykonanie analizy przedwdrożeniowej; 2. dostawa, instalacja i konfiguracja Urządzeń w liczbie wskazanej w OPZ wraz z towarzyszącym oprogramowaniem do zarządzania tymi urządzeniami; 3. dostawa środowiska sprzętowo-systemowego; 4. wdrożenie Systemu, w tym zakup licencji, instalacja i konfiguracja Systemu; 5. świadczenie usług gwarancji; 6. realizacja świadczeń objętych Prawem Opcji; Przedmiot Zamówienia jest kompleksowo i szczegółowo określony w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ -OPZ (w tym obejmuje on zakres i wymagania techniczne). Szczegółowe postanowienia określające rodzaj, maksymalną wartość Prawa Opcji i okoliczności skorzystania z Prawa Opcji zawarto w Załączniku nr 11 do SWZ.
