Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup aparatury medycznej dla Szpitala Powiatowego w Gryfinie Spółka z o.o. niezbędnej do sprawowania opieki kardiologicznej w ramach przedsięwzięcia pn.: „Doposażenie Oddziału Chorób Wewnętrznych Szpitala Powiatowego w Gryfinie Spółka z o.o. na potrzeby opieki kardiologicznej” zgodnie z umową nr KPOD.07.02.IP.10-0274/25/KPO/1101/2026/146 z dnia 03.02.2026 r., realizowanego w ramach Krajowego Planu Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności, Komponent D „Efektywność, dostępność i jakość systemu ochrony zdrowia”, D1.1.1. Rozwój i modernizacja infrastruktury centrów opieki wysokospecjalistycznej i innych podmiotów leczniczych, Nabór KPOD.07.02-IP.10-001/25. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawierają projektowane postanowienia umowy, stanowiące załącznik nr 6 do SWZ, formularz cenowy, stanowiący załącznik nr 2.1 do SWZ oraz Zestawienie minimalnych granicznych parametrów technicznych, stanowiące załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
