Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wraz z montażem i uruchomieniem sprzętu medycznego: aparat ECMO (płuco-serce), diatermia, defibrylator oraz urządzenia medyczne wraz z niezbędnym oprzyrządowaniem i oprogramowaniem na potrzeby Szpitalnego Zakładu Hemodynamiki, Klinicznego Oddziału Kardiologicznego oraz Oddziału Rehabilitacji Kardiologicznej Wielospecjalistycznego Szpitala SP ZOZ w Nowej Soli. 2. Niniejszy przedmiot zamówienia stanowi przedmiot odrębnego postępowania w ramach otrzymanego dofinansowania z Krajowego Planu Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności: Komponent D „Efektywność, dostępność i jakość systemu ochrony zdrowia ,,Inwestycja D1.1.1 „Rozwój i modernizacja infrastruktury centrów opieki wysokospecjalistycznej i innych podmiotów leczniczych” w celu. W ramach całego projektu Zamawiający dokonał szacowania dla całego projektu, jednak udziela zamówienia w częściach Poszczególne postępowania ogłaszane są zgodnie z planem zakupów postępowań przetargowych na 2025 r. 3. Zamawiający podzielił niniejszego przedmiotu zamówienia na 4 części. Pakiet 1 - Aparat ECMO (płuco-serce) - 1 szt. Pakiet 2 - Diatermia - 1 szt.Echokardiograf (USG) - 1 szt. Pakiet 3 - Defibrylator - 1 szt. Pakiet 4 - Urządzenia medyczne wraz z niezbędnym oprzyrządowaniem i oprogramowaniem 4. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia został określony szczegółowo w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa aparatu ECMO (płuco-serce) na potrzeby Zakładu Hemodynamiki WS SP ZOZ w Nowej Soli.; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa diatermii - 1 szt. na potrzeby Zakładu Hemodynamiki WS SP ZOZ w Nowej Soli.; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa defibrylatora 1szt. na potrzeby Zakładu Hemodynamiki WS SP ZOZ w Nowej Soli.; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa urządzeń medycznych wraz z niezbędnym oprzyrządowaniem i oprogramowaniem na potrzeby Zakładu Hemodynamiki WS SP ZOZ w Nowej Soli.
