Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa, montaż i uruchomienie 3 sztuk mobilnych aparatów do znieczulenia. 2. Zamówienie jest realizowane w ramach Programu „Realizacja programu Ochrony Ludności i Obrony Cywilnej na lata 2025/2026”, na realizację zadań z obszaru II - Zabezpieczenie logistyczne i zapewnienie ciągłości dostaw. Działanie nr 2 - II.1.6. - Urządzenia medyczne, w tym diagnostyczne - zakup 3 szt. mobilnych aparatów do znieczulenia. 3.Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Załączniku do SWZ tj. w Szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, zwanym dalej Opisem wymaganych parametrów technicznych lub „OWPT”, który stanowi jej integralną część. 4. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych. 5. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert wariantowych. 6. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert równoważnych. 7. Zamawiający informuje, że na podstawie art. 257 ustawy Pzp może unieważnić postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia nie zostały mu przyznane. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa, montaż i uruchomienie 3 sztuk mobilnych aparatów do znieczulenia. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Załączniku do SWZ tj. w Szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, zwanym dalej Opisem wymaganych parametrów technicznych lub „OWPT”, który stanowi jej integralną część. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia dostarczony będzie na koszt, ryzyko i transportem Wykonawcy. 4.
