Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa odczynników do wykonywania badań biochemicznych i immunochemicznych z kalibratorami i materiałami kontrolnymi wraz z dzierżawą analizatorów podstawowych oraz analizatora zastępczego (do oznaczeń parametrów kardiologicznych). 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierający informację o wymaganych parametrach techniczno-użytkowych oraz rodzaju analiz i ilości oznaczeń, został określony w Załączniku nr 1 stanowiącym integralną część SWZ, w którym Zamawiający wymaga podania przez Wykonawcę nazwy producenta, modelu/ typu, numerów katalogowych, a także innych danych (wskazanych w formularzu) oferowanego przez Wykonawcę przedmiotu zamówienia. 3. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych i musi obejmować wszystkie pozycje wskazane w przedmiocie zamówienia. 4. Przedmiot zamówienia dostarczony będzie na koszt, ryzyko i transportem Wykonawcy.
