Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „06/PN/2026 - Zakup urządzeń dla SP ZOZ MSWiA w Kielcach im. św. Jana Pawła II w ramach projektu FEnIKS.06.01_IP.03-0023/25”-zadanie 1. Zamówienie jest podzielone na 6 części i obejmuje dostawę: Część 1 Echokardiograf - - 1 szt. Część 2 Spirometr; - 1 szt. Część 3 Aparat USG - 2 szt. Część 4 Aparat do ph- metrii - 1 szt Część 5 Aparat do litotrypsji z ramieniem C - 1 szt. Część 6 Spirometr - 1 szt. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu jest podany w załącznik nr 2 - Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy - Szczegółowe parametry techniczne ___ wykaz oświadczeń, podmiotowych i przedmiotowych środków dowodowych zawarty jest w Rozdziale VII SWZ ___ Zamawiający, zgodnie z art. 139 Ustawy Pzp., przewiduje odwróconą kolejność czynności, tj. Zamawiający najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona, w zakresie braku podstaw wykluczenia oraz spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu.
