Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa jednego fabrycznie nowego ambulansu drogowego typu C wraz z kompletną zabudową medyczną, wyposażeniem medycznym i dodatkowym, spełniającego wymagania określone w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje również dostarczenie kompletnej dokumentacji niezbędnej eksploatacji ambulansu, udzielenie gwarancji oraz zapewnienie serwisu gwarancyjnego, a także przeprowadzenie w siedzibie Zamawiającego szkolenia personelu wskazanego przez Zamawiającego w zakresie obsługi i eksploatacji pojazdu, zabudowy medycznej oraz dostarczonego wyposażenia. Oferowany ambulans oraz wszystkie elementy wyposażenia muszą być fabrycznie nowe, nieużywane, wolne od wad fizycznych i prawnych, kompletne, gotowe do użytkowania oraz spełniać wymagania określone w obowiązujących przepisach prawa, normach oraz dokumentach wskazanych w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia. Przetarg nieograniczony na podstawie art. 132 Ustawy Pzp o wartości powyżej 140 000 euro, co stanowi równowartość kwoty 603 400,00 z zachowaniem zasad określonych w Ustawie Prawo zamówień publicznych z dnia 11 września 2019 r. (Dz.U. 2026 poz.793 z późn. zm.) zwanej dalej Ustawą Pzp. Zgodnie z art.257 ustawy Pzp Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia przedmiotowego postępowania, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane. Zamawiający, zgodnie z art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp, przewiduje zastosowanie tzw. procedury odwróconej. Zamawiający najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej Wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona, w zakresie braku podstaw wykluczenia oraz spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu
