1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup, dostawa, instalacja, montaż i uruchomienie tomografu komputerowego z oprogramowaniem kardiologicznym wraz z dostosowaniem infrastruktury na potrzeby Samodzielnego Publicznego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Zespolonego im. Jędrzeja Śniadeckiego w Białymstoku oraz świadczenie usług serwisowych w okresie gwarancji na zrealizowane zadanie. 2. Szczegółowy opis i parametry techniczne przedmiotu zamówienia oraz zakres i rozmiar prac niezbędnych do instalacji i uruchomienia tomografu komputerowego zostały określone w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym. Parametry pomieszczeń i budynku oraz pomiary wentylacji zostały wyszczególnione w Załączniku nr 2a do SWZ - Dokumenty dotyczące adaptacji pomieszczeń. Informacje w zakresie zasad realizacji dostawy, gwarancji oraz wynagrodzenia zawiera Załącznik nr 8 do SWZ - projektowane postanowienia umowy.
