Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa stymulatorów serca (CRT-P) i kardiowerterów-defibrylatorów (CRT-D). 2. Wyłoniony wykonawca zobowiązany będzie: 1) Przeprowadzić nieodpłatne szkolenie personelu zamawiającego w zakresie obsługi oferowanego sprzętu medycznego. 2) Dostarczyć nieodpłatnie do każdego stymulatora/kardiowertera paszport oraz materiały edukacyjne dla pacjenta. 3) Nieodpłatnie użyczyć na czas trwania umowy programatory do stymulatorów/kardiowerterów. 4) Dostarczyć nieodpłatnie w trakcie trwania umowy wg potrzeb zamawiającego materiały eksploatacyjne do programatorów w postaci papieru do drukowania. 5) Nieodpłatnie serwisować i aktualizować programatory do stymulatorów/kardiowerterów oraz przeprowadzać nieodpłatne przeglądy zgodnie z instrukcją producenta udokumentowane w paszporcie technicznym urządzeń. 6) W razie wystąpienia u zamawiającego takiej potrzeby, dostarczyć nieodpłatnie w trakcie trwania umowy 5 systemów łącznikowych do naprawy uszkodzonych elektrod.
