Description

Przedmiot zamówienia realizowany jest w ramach projektu pn. „Wdrożenie e-usług Płocki Zakład Opieki Zdrowotnej Sp. z o.o.” w ramach Inwestycji D1.1.2 „Przyspieszenie procesów transformacji cyfrowej ochrony zdrowia poprzez dalszy rozwój usług cyfrowych w ochronie zdrowia” będącej elementem komponentu D „Efektywność, dostępność i jakość systemu ochrony zdrowia” KPO. z podziałem na pakiety: Pakiet nr 1 - dostawa, instalacja i konfiguracja infrastruktury sprzętowej i oprogramowania IT Pakiet nr 2 - dostawa sprzętu komputerowego Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia zawiera Załącznik Nr 1.1, i 1.2. do SWZ. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych na pakiety, wówczas wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na wybrany pakiet lub wszystkie pakiety. Wszelkie odniesienia w OPZ do znaków towarowych, patentów, norm lub producentów należy rozumieć jako dopuszczające rozwiązania równoważne, na zasadach określonych w OPZ. Zamawiający informuje, że przedmiotowe postępowanie prowadzone jest z poszanowaniem zasad horyzontalnych, w tym szczególnie zasady „nie czyń poważnych szkód” (DNSH - Do Not Significant Harm), z przestrzeganiem Karty Praw Podstawowych Unii Europejskiej (KPP) oraz Konwencji ONZ o Prawach Osób Niepełnosprawnych (KPON). Szczegółowe informacje na temat zakresu zawarte są w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia zał. nr 1A do SWZ oraz w formularzu cenowym zał. nr 5.1 do SWZ.; Szczegółowe informacje na temat zakresu zawarte są w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia zał. nr 1B do SWZ oraz w formularzu cenowym zał. nr 5.2 do SWZ.
