1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa i wdrożenie Systemu służącego do automatyzacji i strukturyzacji procesów w systemach informatycznych (system klasy SOAR - Security Orchestration, Automation and Response) zwanego dalej Systemem SOAR. 2. W ramach przedmiotu zamówienia Wykonawca zobowiązuje się w szczególności: a) dostarczyć i wdrożyć System (wdrożenie obejmuje w szczególności instalację, konfigurację i wykonanie testów akceptacyjnych), b) wykonać i dostarczyć Dokumentację, c) przeprowadzić warsztaty techniczne z korzystania z Systemu, na zasadach opisanych w OPZ, d) udzielić wszelkich licencji wymaganych do prawidłowego działania Systemu, jako całości jak i poszczególnych jego elementów, w tym Oprogramowania, na zasadach określonych w Umowie oraz OPZ, na okres 60 miesięcy od dnia podpisania bez zastrzeżeń Protokołu Odbioru Wdrożenia Systemu, e) przenieść na Zamawiającego autorskie prawa majątkowe do Dokumentacji za wynagrodzeniem określonym w Umowie i na polach eksploatacji określonych w Umowie. 3. Wszystkie elementy systemu muszą być objęte rękojmią i gwarancją przez okres 60 miesięcy.
