1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa 8 kompaktowych stacji roboczych do lokalnych zadań AI/ML, zwanych dalej “sprzętem”, “stacją roboczą” lub “urządzeniem”. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje dostawę 8 sztuk fabrycznie nowego, nieużywanego i kompletnego Sprzętu przeznaczonego do lokalnego uruchamiania, prototypowania, testowania, dostrajania (fine-tuning) oraz inferencji modeli sztucznej inteligencji, w szczególności dużych modeli językowych (LLM), bez konieczności korzystania z zewnętrznych zasobów obliczeniowych w podstawowym zakresie pracy. 3. Sprzęt musi pochodzić z legalnego kanału dystrybucji, być dopuszczony do obrotu na terytorium Unii Europejskiej oraz posiadać oznakowanie i dokumenty wymagane przepisami właściwymi dla danego rodzaju sprzętu. 4. Zaoferowany sprzęt musi być objęty co najmniej 36 miesięcznym okresem gwarancji producenta. Usługi gwarancyjne będą świadczone przez producenta oferowanego sprzętu lub wskazany przez niego w tym zakresie autoryzowany serwis. Okres gwarancji liczony będzie od dnia podpisania protokołu odbioru bez zastrzeżeń. 5. Wykonawca dostarczy sprzęt w terminie do 21 dni kalendarzowych od dnia zawarcia umowy, do budynku Urzędu Marszałkowskiego Województwa Lubelskiego w Lublinie, ul. Artura Grottgera, 20-029 Lublin we własnym zakresie, na swój koszt i ryzyko w dni robocze tj. od poniedziałku do piątku w godzinach urzędowania Zamawiającego tj. od godziny 7:30 do 15:30 6. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, warunki gwarancji oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zostały określone w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz w Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ - Istotne postanowienia umowy.
