Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa preparatów do dezynfekcji. Zamawiający podzielił przedmiot zamówienia na 2 części. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych. Ofertę można składać w odniesieniu do wszystkich części zamówienia. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera tabela asortymentowo-cenowa stanowiący zał. nr 2 do SWZ, wzór umowy stanowiący zał. nr 4 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiający oświadcza, iż będąc administratorem danych oraz mając na względzie przepisy ustawy z dn.10.05.2018 r. o ochronie danych osobowych (dalej RODO) wdrożył środki bezpieczeństwa adekwatne do zidentyfikowanych przez siebie ryzyk oraz dające rękojmie należytego zabezpieczenia danych osobowych przekazywanych w ramach postępowania. Szczegółowa klauzula informacyjna z art. 13 RODO zawarta jest w SWZ.
